The Poet's Lofts

Why move from our other downtown address?  The number one reason is to share space with the rest of the Collaborative Design Group (CDG).  The CDG, (which has been mentioned before on the blog) is a coalition of six different small companies.

Together, the companies can offer full design services, from exterior and interior architecture, interior design, planning, landscape architecture, and even artistic renderings.  The group also has a close association with an engineering firm.  Between all the members, there is experience in all sorts of commercial and residential projects, and the manpower to handle larger enterprises than any of our smaller companies could.

Now that we are all in the same building, we can work together and meet with clients much more easily.

Our suites, on the first floor of the Poet's Lofts, is in the Lowell Neighborhood, a south downtown development following our beloved "Traditional Neighborhood Development" principals.

LGA Studios is still going strong as well, designing new homes, remodels, and small commercial projects.  So far, we love our new home!
