Last week, we received a wonderful email from one of our clients! It begins,

"We have really enjoyed the house architecture. We agree that you captured the essence of what we were seeking. It is probably the most comfortable and functional home we have lived in, and we look forward to many years here."

Many of the undeveloped lots in central Colorado Springs are ones which have been previously passed over, since they are tricky to build upon. On this subject our client says,

"This is a somewhat challenging site, but the house sits very well on the property – the driveway especially laid out well (not too steep)."

Some other comments:

"Note that RBD [the Regional Building Department] speaks well of you – which helped this process along."

"The space of each room feels good (not too small, not too big)"

"Kitchen/Dining/Living Rooms: we entertained family over the holidays and this area worked as we had hoped."
