CSI Southwest Conference

Almost a month ago, the Pikes Peak Construction Specification Institute Chapter hosted the CSI Southwest Region Conference. This was a somewhat momentous occasion for LGA Studios, because many of us are involved with CSI. Larry, a CSI Director and strategic planner, did a fair amount of the organizing for the conference.

Over the course of the weekend there were more than 70 attendees, from Las Vegas to Phoenix to Colorado Springs. We attended such educational courses as "Green Building Envelope Design," "Leveraging Project Capital Budget through Grants," and "Google Sketch-Up Energy Modeling". We ate excellent meals at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, visited the Air Force Academy and planned for CSI's future. A satisfying conference - good job to everyone who helped make this weekend a success!
