Known as Aspen View Homes in Colorado Springs, Desert View is up from last year's 61st ranking and continuing to build their business despite the economy. Desert View has always focused on first-time and move-up home buyers, but has been simplifying their newer designs in Colorado so that the mortgage payments are still affordable to a large percent of the working populace.
Some of the ways Desert View Homes has honed their business of late are: helping customers with credit scores and the mortgage process, meeting construction schedules 97% of the time, and hiring more Spanish-speaking salespersons.
