Parade of Homes - Copperleaf Homes

This year, Copperleaf Homes' entry in the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes was full of lovely details. From the grandfather suite with its sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom, to the children's play area under the stairs, LGA Studios is proud to add the Vista Montagna to our portfolio.

One feature that we enjoyed researching for this house was Marvin's venting picture window. This relatively new technology allows an uninterrupted piece of glazing which slides out to allow ventilation around the edges - see this video for an animation of the process.

The Vista Montagna was designed for specific family and was shown in the Parade as a model for future ideas from LGA Studios and Copperleaf Homes.
